Chef Nancy has been cooking her entire life. She is currently the co- owner and Executive
Chef for Amorous Tacos. Chef Nancy
cultivated her cooking skills in Miami, Florida. While there she graduated from Johnson and
Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts. Chef Nancy studied under
several chefs which included Peruvian, Indian, and Caribbean cuisines. Her diverse training
can be classified as, Miami Southern. Chef Nancy graduated from the Marriott Voyager
Program where she served as the Sous Chef for Marriot Biscayne.
Chef Nancy is also available for private chef, catering, meal prep and virtual cooking
demonstrations. She also has a full staff to support your weddings.
